Key Accountabilities
• Develop temporary water treatment solutions for infrastructure projects in NSW and ACT.
• Support Operations team for installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of water treatment systems.
• Identify and develop new product line opportunities and initiatives to improve efficiency of existing water treatment equipment.
• Lead our uncompromising Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across respective territories to drive engineering solutions opportunities.
• Identify and grow category revenue and share of wallet across customer base from concept to delivery of engineered solutions.
• Delivery of product specific water treatment training and operational processes.
• Work with the sales team to drive maximum product usage through existing customer base.
• Working closely with the installation team to ensure safe and timely delivery of solution.
• Collaborate with design and temporary works engineers to determine effective solutions.
• Gain specification for categories via consulting engineers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Chemical Engineering
• Project management experience
• Proven sales performance ability
Skills and Experiences:
The individual will have the following experience:
• Comprehensive construction and water infrastructure industry knowledge
• Extensive exposure to chemical treatment of water, within construction (preferable)
• Presentation skills and ability to deliver training and presentations to internal and external parties
• A high degree of commercial acumen
• Ability to provide profitable solutions tailored to customer needs
• Strong sales capability including negotiation skills
