Provide a range of child-focused interventions and works to increase parenting capacity, build healthy relationships between parents and their children and provide safe family environments. Based in Salisbury. The Role Centacare's Childrens Services Unit offers an opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join us in a full-time, permanent position under Kids in Focus program based in Salisbury. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, this role operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. The primary focus of this role is to provide medium to long-term therapeutic, in home, case management support and non-judgmental care for parents and caregivers navigating challenges related to substance and alcohol use.
