Answering and redirecting calls
Providing excellent customer service and directly communicating with clients
Updating and managing client details on database
Onboarding new clients
Setting up meeting rooms
Utilise the ATO and ASIC portal
Liaise with third parties on behalf of the team
Preparation of documents
Managing outstanding payments
Undertaking any further ad-hoc administrative and/or reception duties
ABOUT YOU
Proven administration experience within an accounting or financial planning firm
