To be a successful Field Service Technician you will have:
Certificate III level qualification in a trade( Electrical or Mechanical) OR proven experience that relates directly to the work carried out.
Previous experience interacting face to face with customers on site
Very strong diagnostic and analytical capabilities, especially in relation to mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment
Experience in troubleshooting electronic equipment and be able to replace circuit boards, sensors and other electronic components
Unrestricted driver?s license and willing to submit a full driving history record
Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends
