About the Position Our Community Nurses provide quality care as part of a team, allowing clients to remain in their own homes. Our Home and Community service based at Stafford is looking for a Part-time Registered Nurse , to work 24 hours a fortnight in the Community across Brisbane Norths suburbs providing comprehensive and accurate nursing assessments and plan care. Are you a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background and a passion for making a difference? We're looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities:
Ability to work autonomously as you will be out in the Community and travelling from client to client.
