About the opportunity?
The Advancement Portfolio has a great fixed term opportunity for 12 months as an Associate Director, Community Giving in their Alumni and Supporter Experience team.
The role sees you supporting University fundraising initiatives by overseeing the development and implementation of all community giving activities. Reporting to the Director, Alumni and Supporter Experience, you will work with the Director to identify and implement strategies to increase alumni and supporter giving.
You will be tasked with creating a sustainable, profitable program that delivers a pipeline of respected, engaged, quality donors that have a high propensity to leave a gift in their will and/or make a major donation in their lifetime.
The role is responsible for leading the team?s operations in acquiring , retaining and upgrading donors from cash giving to regular giving and mid-tier giving, including maximising opportunities to refer major gift
