About the role
Reporting to the Sales Support and Effectiveness Manager, you will be key to ensuring that the Sales Team are best in class with on-boarding, training, reporting, systems & processes. You will have a strong focus on achieving service excellence and improving customer satisfaction as well as supporting the wider sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support Sales Managers and improve use of data to increase sales efficiency
Drive customer analytics, market analysis and the presentation of comprehensive sales data
Liaison between sales, marketing and customer service and administering CRM
Monitoring business metrics, and provide administration support across proposals, quotes and costings
Administration of operational expenses and customer campaigns
Development and maintenance of dashboards, incentives and SalesForce
Identifying and providing regular market and competitor feedback across the region
