ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital Manager sits in the centre of a high performing client team delivering performance media solutions for your clients. Reporting to the Client Director, in this role you will be an integral part of developing and implementing best in class performance strategy across paid search and paid social to achieve your client’s business goals. Your specialist craft will be paid social, however experience managing paid search campaigns is required as you will be responsible for holistically planning and managing both paid social and paid search campaigns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT
Be the key client contact and performance expert
Be a trusted advisor for our clients and partner agencies, educating them on developments and the role these channels play in achieving client goals.
Responsible for bringing to life performance media strategy and deliverables across your client patch
Be accountable for managing processes and quality, effectively managing client expectations to maximize operational and performance efficiencies
Lead the planning, execution and on-going management of campaigns, to achieve a best in class approach to performance media
Champion test & learn to continually evolve strategy
Responsible for performance and ensure accurate KPIs are set and delivered against
Make full use of the technology and data available
BUSINESS
Proactively identify opportunities to increase performance results
Responsible for the accuracy of invoicing, performance pacing and reconciliation
Build a deep understanding of Reprise product offering to help up/cross-sell to your clients
Support with new business deliverables
PEOPLE
Lead by example, inspire and motivate your team to achieve performance excellence
Lead project management and process management for client deliverables
Mange the development of your team to excel in their responsibilities and personal development goals
Enable the team to deliver client work within the tools
Provide and facilitate training, support, and guidance for junior team members
Building and maintain strong relationships with media agency partners and tech partners
Be known as a performance media expert, keeping up to date with recent industry developments and share these with the agency
KEY ATTRIBUTES

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
3+ years’ experience in performance media campaign management specialising in paid social
Experience managing paid search campaigns also highly desirable
A lean in attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
Facebook Blueprint certified and Google Ads Certified, SA360
Salary range between $85,000 & $93,000 including superannuation.
