Our client is currently looking for an IT Operations & Desktop Support Analyst to join their team in North Ryde, NSW on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
Monitor efficient working of service delivery team and ensure achievement of all objectives across Philips sites.
Coordinate with staff members for all IT operations processes and act as escalation point for any issues.
Work closely with and liaise with vendors assigned for providing networking, telecommunication, collaboration tools, desktop support for all ANZ sites.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems and replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Participate in change management projects and provided consultations.
Lead projects for hardware and collaboration tools rollout both locally and remotely. Assist business with the recruitment process and supervision of technical IT staff and monitor their trainings, performance, and workplace development.
Ensure that IT teams are providing endless customer first experience to all business staff and management.
Monitor IT infrastructure process and ensured compliance to service level agreements. Ensure compliance to all company change control processes.
Manage and implement all service improvement programs on processes.
Perform appropriate tests and provide training to upgrade product quality and standardise all artifacts.
Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all objectives.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems and replacing faulty network hardware components when required. Design and maintain all IT processes according to global operation policies through standardisation of methods.
Monitor all communication for each customer to assess operations within timeframe. Administer and provide upgrade to systems and escalate issues.
Conduct periodic inspections of IT systems to ensure efficient performance.
Essential Criteria
5+ years' experience working in IT support environments.
Strong understanding and experience in IT Service Delivery and Management.
Relevant Bachelors Degree
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; able to build relationships through effective communication and present ideas in clear user-friendly language.
Well-developed ability to prioritise and manage multiple and diverse activities to meet organisational goals and objectives.
Healthcare technology experience.
