Reed & Co Distillery is looking for a highly experienced and passionate Distillery Door Restaurant Operations Manager, who is enjoys craft spirits & providing great experiences.

EXPERIENCE
You are an experienced hospitality person with a real interest in your career
Minimum 2 years of management experience in a hospitality environment of the same quality and standard
A strong understanding or a keen interest in craft spirits
Classic cocktail knowledge & ability
Proven excellence at delivering a high-quality level of customer interaction with genuine care for providing great consumer experiences.
Proven experience in creating and maintaining a cooperative and communicative team culture
The ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of industry body requirements and regulations including VCGLR and OHS and be capable of organising and executing regular staff training sessions to ensure to maintain team skills & engagement

This is a full-time position as Restaurant operational leader in regional Victoria -Bright.
Your core focus and responsibility will be to deliver customer experiences in line with the distillery’s strategic objectives.
The Distillery Door Restaurant manager will play a vital role in growing the distillery’s direct-to-consumer sales and increasing visitation
Some of the tasks & KPIs that will be required to achieve this include; managing bookings and events, service, staff training and assessments, weekly rosters, reports for management, and maintaining and implementing processes to ensure an enjoyable working environment that delivers premium service and efficiency.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will lead a passionate distillery door team in the full-time position as Restaurant operational leader
