Purpose of the role The Service Coordinator role will coordinate services in our North Ryde disability service and lead practice at a site level, providing supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to the clients. This role will be responsible for one high-care client only. Why join team Achieve?
