The Opportunity:
Join the innovative, dynamic and supportive Management team at Kilpatrick Court Toronto as the Clinical Care Coordinator. This is a great next step for a passionate Registered Nurse with experience in an Aged Care environment.
Work closely with the Residential Care Manager to ensure the overall clinical management of consumers are in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards, and other relevant legislation, to ensure we continue to meet the quality needs of our consumers.
This is a Full Time position Monday Friday
