About the Job
Are you an Scrum Master with experience of leading a Scrum Practice and developing both the people and capability of the practice?
Rest Super continues to develop its Scrum practice capability and Agile methodology way of working to drive consistent quality and governance across the organisation. To enable us to do this, we wish to engage an expert Scrum Master with a history of developing people, services, performance, frameworks and capability, resource management, partnerships and stakeholder management.
As an integral member of the Portfolio Delivery Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic thought leadership, collaborative operational improvement and business unit management support for the broader PD function.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
- Provide strategic thought leadership to the Portfolio Delivery function, the Scrum Manager Practice and agile ways of working at Rest, including strategy, innovation, employee value proposition, integrated operational improvement and best practice techniques tailored to Rest needs.
- Design and oversee quality of Scrum Management services, responsible for achieving key performance targets and practice objectives related to change planning and execution, stakeholder satisfaction and capability maturity.
- Develop and manage the Scrum Management capability maturity roadmap and responsibility for the Scrum Management and agile ways of working frameworks including processes, policies, exemption management, tools, competencies and knowledge management.
- Strategic resource management includes workforce planning for future skill requirements, talent acquisition, managing an optimal balance of permanent and contingent resources to develop IP, engagement, performance whilst minimising cost and risk.
- People leadership and development, role model the Rest values and drive employee engagement across the DTD and broader Rest teams.
- Work with our key internal and external partners to provide safe, efficient and effective Scrum services, proactively manage our key PD stakeholder relationships.
- Provide proactive business unit management support to GM Portfolio Delivery.
- Support and enable the transition and management of agile ways of working at Rest.
