Job Description
・To build strong relationships with existing and potential customers and promote company's products to achieve sales target
・To identify new market and business opportunities;
・To prepare quotation and liaise with customers to close sales;
・To address and resolve customers' complaints in a timely and fair manner, put in place checklist to avoid future mistakes and make recommendations for improvement;
・To gather customers' buying trends and market information, analyse and report to the immediate superior for further actions;
・To conduct customers' satisfaction survey, analyse feedback and propose effective plan to enhance customers' satisfaction.
・To submit sales activities report to the immediate supervisor
・Understand and comply with company's ICMS requirements, feedback/report if there are any non-compliance or lapses, etc.;
・Understand and comply with HQ, governmental laws and regulations, customers, corporate bodies & other stakeholders' environmental policies, practices & requirements, etc
Requirements
・ Diploma and above (Mechanical Engineering preferred)/ SPM holder with good sales experience
・ Min 2 years related working experience in manufacturing sales, automobile engine, or machinery sales.
・ Have own vehicle
・ Aggressive development of new sales personality or experience
・ Have experience in manufacturing sales, automobile engine, or machinery sales.
Additional Information:
Company Industry: Sales Office. Trading
Working Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
