Financial Advisor (Johor & KL)

Job Highlight:

• Basic RM5,000 to RM8,000 (base on experience) + Commision (Can up to RM15,000)

Job Description:

• Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
• Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss financial planning
• Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
• Customize programs to suit individual clients
• Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks
• Fill-out and submit applications, issue quotes, maintain client records and prepare reports
• Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
• Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the management, ensuring consistent performance and revenue generation.
• Welcome fresh graduates and provide them with comprehensive training in insurance and investment advisory practices.
• Offer flexibility in work locations, with options available in both Johor Bahru (Taman Molek) and Kuala Lumpur (Petaling Jaya).

Requirements:

• Entrepreneur
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
