Your new role

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, market footprint, and surpass financial goals.
Oversee budgeting, profit targets asset purchasing, department performance, and operating costs.
Inspire a culture of creativity, innovation, responsibility, and ongoing enhancement amongst team members.
Identify new opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and venture into untapped markets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners and ensure satisfaction.
Adhere to regulations, uphold industry standards, and strategies risk control.
Track organisational performance and report insights to the managing Director.
Regularly engage with department leaders to align on objectives and tactics.
Address departmental and individual performance issues promptly and constructively.
Tackle urgent challenges with composure and strategic foresight.

What you'll need to succeed

Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field.
Tenure of 8 to 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management role with a preference for backgrounds in Engineering, Assembly/Fabrication, live events, or the entertainment sector.
Proven track record of catalysing business expansion, leading teams, and achieving financial goals.
Robust commercial insight, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
High level of energy, drive with an enthusiasm for the live events market.
