Our client, a local company specialised in the construction of Commercial, Government and Defence buildings, is recruiting an experienced Estimator to join their team in Darwin and work on various projects. The role is a permanent full-time position, with projects in Darwin and regional Northern Territory.
Your new role
You will be responsible for assessing project costs by analysing plans, specifications, and other project documents. Your role will involve collaborating with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive estimates that align with client expectations and budget constraints.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Provide scope of works and calculate estimates as required.
Prepare Quotations and Tenders for submission.
Prepare construction methodologies, site establishments, programs and other submission requirements as required for RFQ / Tenders.
Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
