Requirements:
Bachelor of Science majoring in Geology;
Proficient in Datamine and Leapfrog;
Manual Drivers License.
Position Duties:
Assist in preparing regular management updates and cost reports on the progress of geological and mining activities;
Ensure the compilation and maintenance of geological and resource models, maintaining reconciliation performance;
Oversee grade control drilling and development drilling to establish orebody limits within approved budget estimates;
Manage performance indicators for mining and geological activities in alignment with annual and quarterly plans; monitor and manage performance accordingly;
Ensure geological operational capability and performance through personnel supervision;
Maintain operational direction as set by the Mine Manager and Geology Manager/Superintendent
