Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our clients Business Readiness team. This critical role will support the Operational Change Lead and Organisational Change Manager in implementing a newly developed Operating Model. The focus will be on establishing new processes derived from the Concept of Operations and the Operating Model in collaboration with the Managed Service Provider. You will work closely with the Operational Lead to drive functional and procedural changes within impacted business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify areas of change and the impacts of the new operating model for interim and target states in collaboration with project stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and presentations to keep stakeholders informed on changes.
Implement the new operating model, providing guidance on updating procedures.
