We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join the Ready for Growth Team. Hybrid Working Options Available for up to 50% work from home.
This position will be responsible for defining the future state processes for rostering and time recording for all operational teams. They will collaborate closely with the project team to identify and address pain points and opportunities in the current processes to enable the future state processes to be implemented through a series of transition states.
This role will build on the conceptual design to produce implementable processes as part of the broader rostering and time recording operating model.
Responsibilities:
Validate and/or define the future roster and time administration process taxonomy
Produce standardised templates to Level 5 for each process identified in the process taxonomy in BPMN format
Liaise closely with rostering systems projects
