Our Architecture client is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their team. The role: Reporting into the Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of the team providing administrative support to both internal and external stakeholders. Duties will include:
FOH duties
Managing invoices
HR administration
Ordering stationary and office supplies
Coordinating and booking training
Coordinating and booking travel requests
Maintain various spreadsheets and systems
Skills and experience:
Able to display initiative
Excellent written and verbal communication skills maintaining professionalism at all times
Intermediate level of MS Office
Enjoy working as part of a team and demonstrating a willingness to help others
Some prior experience in a similar admin/operations support role
Experience in s similar project based environment will be highly regarded eg Architecture/Engineering/Construction
