Ownership of the global finance & accounting function, including financial reporting, FP&A, tax and treasury.
Coverage across including coverage across all product lines and businesses.
Managing Investor relations and leading funding and capital raising initiatives.
Using the CFO lens to provide leadership and direction to global cross-discipline teams
Driving real and impactful relationships with the Board, stakeholders and investors.
Identifying and realising opportunities that present in the finance arena.
M&A activities
