ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be at the core of the team who deliver some of the world’s leading mental health and wellbeing tools to millions of people globally, at a pivotal time in the organisation's history. Smiling Mind is expanding from mindfulness to a broader suite of programs that enable mental fitness and overall well being. Our primary impact audiences are primary school aged children and the adults that support them (parents in the home and teachers in schools), whilst also delivering adjacent programs for the general adult population. We are looking for an ambitious, talented and driven content strategist and producer to lead our programmatic evolution to Mental Fitness through the delivery of cutting edge, engaging and impactful program content experiences, primarily delivered through digital platforms (primarily the Smiling Mind Digital School Program and Smiling Mind App).
The Content Production Lead (Mental Fitness Programs) drives the development and implementation of the program content strategy and the content roadmap across Smiling Mind’s suite of Mental Fitness programs. This role is responsible for directing a wide range of learning and behaviour change content that engages our community members, while delivering maximum impact. Utilising the talents of a range of in-house and consulting product managers, project managers, psychologists, learning designers, UX designers and other subject matter experts, you will think laterally and connect dots, ultimately creating exceptional experiences within and across programs by leveraging the evidence and research around positive wellbeing interventions and turning them into exceptional content experiences.
Highly creative, strategic and adaptable, you can switch contexts to lead the strategy as well as execution to deliver on the content strategy and roadmap. You will also be able to develop processes that enable us to assess the impact of content, continuously striving for excellence. You will have experience in content production across a range of multimedia formats, to enable effective leadership and management of contractors and internal staff.
