Job Title: Family Preservation Caseworker
Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Caseworkers to join our Family Preservation team, on the NSW Central Coast. As a Family Preservation Caseworker, you will be responsible for working with children and families for up to 2 years to provide wrap around support services with the aim of increasing safety and decrease risk of harm to help children and young people remain living safely with their parents.
This is a full-time position that requires excellent interpersonal skills, case management experience, knowledge of the Care and Protection Act NSW, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse individuals.

- Conduct assessments of children's needs and develop personalised case plans
- Provide intensive in home practical support to families including parenting skill development to increase safety in the home
