Perform a critical role in protecting and upholding electoral integrity and democracy
At the Victorian Electoral Commission (VEC) we are not just about elections. Our vision is that all Victorians actively participate in their democracy. The VEC conducts state and local council elections and promotes public awareness and understanding of electoral issues in the Victorian community. The context in which we deliver elections is changing rapidly: our legislative and operational responsibilities, as well as the demands on our workforce, continue to grow and become more complex. Reporting to the Executive Director Governance and Enabling Services, the Director, People will drive organisational success through the delivery of impactful people strategies, including areas relating to the entire employee lifecycle.
