This is a great opportunity to join a global leading wine company in this permanent contract position and advance your skills within procurement of goods and services.
You will be in Sydney and partner with key stakeholders and suppliers in the procurement of goods and services with a focus on minimising the exposure to potential risk and in compliance with the procurement strategy.

Manage, prepare and issue local and regional tender documentation in consultation with relevant Pernod Ricard Winemakers stakeholders.
Contribute to the end-to-end tender process. E.g. negotiation of price, payment terms, quality and other critical supply aspects.
Prepare and issue timely contractual agreements in consultation with the Legal department and other stakeholders, minimising potential risk to Pernod Ricard Winemakers.
Proactively identify opportunities for cost down and optimising negotiation leverage
Carry out the due diligence for existing and new vendors, as per the business requirements
Manage supplier relationships and performance to optimise value and service to the business

Minimum 3 years in procurement or similar role
Experience in developing contracts from templates and with contract review and negotiation
Good understanding of basic contract law principles and of legal compliance with procurement and due diligence processes
Previous experience with managing end-to-end tendering processes
Well-developed communication, negotiation and planning skills
