A fantastic permanent opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Specialist Your new company Hays are proud to be partnering with a leading provider of fire safety and security solutions. Their comprehensive solutions span fire extinguishers, CCTV systems, inspections, risk assessments, and remote monitoring. Since its operation,their mission has been to make the world a safer place by protecting customers with essential equipment and services. With today's constant demands for fire protection and security, this organisation is a partner you can trust. Your new role Your new role as Service Coordinator/Operations Support Specialist will join a newly created team reporting to the Operations Support Supervisor. You will be part of a small, busy team responsible for duties not limited to:

Service Coordination of Field Technicians
Dispatching and scheduling technicians to customer sites
Raising of purchase orders and work orders
Invoicing and data entry
Managing an email inbox
Proactively updating customers on service work
Customer service and general administration

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

A customer centric focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
Technical aptitude to pick up the industry and role quickly
Knowledge of Pronto/Salesforce or other ERP/CRM systems will be highly regarded
Familiarity with KPI targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Attention to detail, accuracy and quality
A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
