Details: The Service Assurance Team is seeking a highly motivated multitasker to undertake the role of the Refresh Manager.
The successful applicant will provide leadership to projects undertaken in the Refresh program and the broader Service Assurance. Leadership expertise in delivering agreed business outcomes by taking initiative, organising resources, setting clear direction, and providing guidance and mentoring the team.
A can-do attitude with a strong customer focus and ability to establish a good rapport with internal and external stakeholder.
Establish and maintain effective and diverse business partnerships, including senior stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence.
