Since its launch, Crawford IT has expanded into both an IT Services and Software company. About the role Crawford IT is expanding its technical capabilities, and is looking for an individual who would enjoy: Working between office and customer locations Being part of a team who love their work Working with exciting and diverse customers and technologies This position is for full time Level 1/2 IT Support. Our office is in Adelaide CBD. This position reports to the company’s Lead Engineer. We require someone who is autonomous and able to think on their feet, working with sometimes little information. You should have experience with Level 1/2 IT support. Systems and processes have been put in place, and we require an individual who is able drive these systems further while providing support to the current customer base and be a point of escalation. You will be exposed to many technologies, applications, systems, providing you the opportunity to up-skill, provide proactive solutions and never get bored! This position will involve traveling within metropolitan Adelaide and working at customer sites. Experience you will need Provide phone, email and onsite support to customers for a range of IT related issues. You will have experience maintaining and troubleshooting technologies below: Active Directory and Azure AD Exchange and Office 365 Windows Server 2003-2019 Windows Desktops 7 to 10 VMWare Networking fundamentals VOIP (namely 3CX) Understanding the concepts of: Storage and SAN Routing, VLAN/switching, firewalls (preferably Cisco) Desirable experience (in order of most desirable): Deploying any of the technologies above SCVMM AWS/Microsoft Azure/InTune SQL database maintenance/backups General knowledge of popular ERP systems Other experience we are looking for Must have at least 3 years previous IT experience Demonstrated experience in being able to support both customers and other techs when it comes to escalations, and being able to close out the escalation or support call.
