A spacious and light filled Centre with huge gardens where children are encouraged to explore and learn in their own unique way. We are looking for a diploma educator with the ability and experience to lead and motivate a room.
Tasks & responsibilities
Be responsible for management of the day-to-day operation of the assigned room, including providing leadership and support to educators and staff within your team in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures
In collaboration with the Educational Leader assist with the development, implementation and reflection of the educational program to provide a high-quality program for all children and families
Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families and children
In the absence of the Director/Nominated Supervisor undertake responsibilities as per the Responsible Person policy and procedure for the day-to-day management of the Service
Qualifications & experience
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Valid Working with Children Check
Current Provide an Emergency First Aid response in an Education and Care Setting qualification
Current ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma
Police Clearance
