On Point Catering Solutions are looking for a Full Time Chef at light horse kitchen.
Candidate must have:
• 2 years previous experience as a chef.
• Be able to work within a team to continue to meet the high standards expected excellent communicate
• Relevant qualification of industry skills or proven experience
• Strong management and planning skills
• Attention to detail
• Passion for food and producing high quality dishes
• Driven to achieve high standard and e?cient service
The position is required to undertake the following duties:
• Prepare, cook and present food as per recipes quickly and e?ciently to a high standard;
• Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times to health and safety regulations;
• Coordinating with a team under pressure
• Ordering, receiving, rota ng & controlling stock
• Ensuring WHS and OH&S is adhered to and maintained
• Communicating with the head chef with regard to menu planning
We will provide:

• Two days o? per week
Schedule:
• Flexible hours
• Public holidays
• Rotating roster
• Weekend availability
