Among our many important and long running research projects, Roy Morgan is very proud to announce we have secured a very prestigious face to face national study: the Domestic Tourism Statistics study funded by the Federal Government department of Austrade. This is a significant project for Roy Morgan, and this is your chance to be part of the action as we embark on this world leading and groundbreaking project.
The Domestic Tourism Statistics (DoTS) survey measures domestic travel across Australia and will be combined with other data to reflect the domestic tourism industry. Well capture survey data by asking respondents a series of questions about their recent day, overnight and overseas trips and ask where they went, what they did and what they saw when they were away, within the survey. This data feeds into the Australian National Accounts and contributes to the estimates of the national economy
