Currently seeking a Commercial Partnerships Manager on behalf of a fast growing private property fund to be responsible for the Victorian portfolio of shopping centres.
Reporting into the General Manager of Commercial Partnerships your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing, qualifying and negotiation of new partnership opportunities
Preparing documentation for licence and/or lease approvals
Delivering successful partner bump ins and bump outÂ
Maintaining tenant and asset listings and schedules
Maintaining ongoing relationships with Centre Managers
Preparing budgets and monthly forecast reporting annual leasing budgets and budget
