Working as a Customer Services Representative, you will be the front line of our operations with the responsibility of connecting and engaging with our customers. You will deliver high levels of customer service to provide tailored repayment solutions based on the customers unique situation.
In this role, you will;
Manage inbound & outbound customer calls
Investigate, identify and establish customers financial situation
Provide tailored payment solutions
Action interaction file notes for every call
Adhere to compliance frameworks
