We are looking for 3 permanent full-time staff members, with great attention to detail, to join our team at Tabbita, NSW. The position will include but is not limited to-farm hand duties such as tending to birds, removing deceased birds from sheds daily and general farm maintenance. There will be opportunities to develop skills within the position. Wages will be paid in accordance to the Pastoral Award 2020 and paid at the Level 1 Full Time Award Rate ($23.46). Workers must be available for the full duration. You will need reliable transport. It is essential that you are able to work flexible hours as rosters will vary. You must be reliable and committed and have the ability to work quickly and accurately. Due to the high physical demands of these positions, workers will need to be physically fit and self-motivated. You may be on your feet for extended periods and required to perform repetitive manual tasks. You will be offered at least 38 hours per week over your placement. Candidates must have no access to poultry, birds or pigs at their home. We require:
