Administration/Customer Support Officer
Permanent full-time role available (7.25 hr days)
Office based role in Speers Point with onsite parking available
About the role:
In this role, you will provide valuable and productive administration and customer service support to the Coal Services Health business unit, specifically the Order 43 External Doctor Network team. You will have a strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality guidelines to be able to accurately respond to queries related to medicals. You will have excellent customer service skills working with both our customers and the external doctor network.
Your typical day will include:
Manage incoming calls via a call queue
Address any incoming emails
Administer and coordinate the processing of Order 43 medical assessments
