Your new role The opportunity - Category Manager - Facilities & Construction Key responsibilities will include:
Managing competitive bids and sourcing process, including tenders, RFPs and RFQs, across multiple categories
Negotiate contracts and supply agreements
Develop category management plans for the facilities and construction category
Provide reports to management with details on achieved strategic benefits
Improve procurement practices and/or ideas for expanding the range of categories
Develop and keep up to date with market knowledge in the appointed category
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you'll come with experience working within the facilities or construction category and have demonstrated experience with tender processes, expertise in implementing processes for managing agreements and procurement practices.
