Inbound Customer Service Representative - Supply Chain & Logistics Team
Join our clients National Customer Service Team for bulk products! As an inbound customer service representative, you will help customers place orders, raise queries, and seek information about their account activity. You will be a keen problem solver, primarily responding to customers via email and phone. Your role includes investigating, resolving, and addressing customer queries, and updating them regarding deliveries and transportation.
Experience Required:
Previous admin and telephone experience in a customer service role
Experience in high-volume order processing
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Fast learner with a strong eye for detail
Proficient with computers
