The Opportunity On behalf of a Federal Government Agency based in Richmond or Geelong, we are looking for APS6 Service Designers. This is a 12-month assignment. The role will paying $60.26 per hour plus super. The APS6 Service Designer will work in the Service Design Division to design and deliver scheme improvements that deliver quality outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Research and identify insights, creating a common understanding.
Co-create and document current state service through design research, to identify current participant and staff experience, and business processes.
Co-create and facilitate process design improvements.
Advocating for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders through work processes.
Co-facilitating design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test future service processes, channel and experiences.
