Integrion Full time contract $74,000 annual base salary + 10% bonus + superannuation Job Description: We are seeking a client-focused and results-oriented Business and Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, optimising system processes, and providing insightful guidance during the decision-making phase. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and implement system plans, and lead workshops. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and align business requirements with organisational objectives. Analyse business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and innovation, leveraging technology as needed. Design and optimise system processes to meet business goals and improve user satisfaction, following industry standards. Track KPIs to monitor and enhance system efficiency, implementing solutions for improved performance. Manage system implementation projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and execute comprehensive system test plans, maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Develop clear system documentation and provide training for smooth adoption and to enhance autonomy and leadership. Customise system features for better user interaction and satisfaction. Provide insights during project decision-making for effective strategic planning. Organise workshops to gather feedback and improve system performance. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business and Systems Analyst or a similar role. Experience across various industries. Bachelor’s degree in business management and Lean certification is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and ERP systems. Preferred Skills: Experience with ISO certification requirements. Strong coaching and leadership development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
