About the role
Reporting to the Director of People Services, this newly created role is the Global HRIS Business Lead for our Core HR Systems (Oracle HCM) ? known internally as ?myHR?. This role sits in the HR function but works closely with the Technology Division and the Business to ensure efficient and effective use of this critical asset across TWE globally now and into the future.
Provide global subject matter expertise on the use of MyHR (Oracle HCM) at TWE
Support the business and technology to ensure the system is configured to meet business requirements.
Work alongside the HR & IT teams to determine what is possible and what is best practice.
Provide / oversee end user support, communications, and training.
Support vendor / 3 rd party insights, ensuring timely, cost effective, and high-quality services.
