Experienced Project Manager Required for Highly-Unique Industrial Builder Your new company Your new company specialises in creating poultry sheds and farm housing with a range of different shed specialities including: Breeder, Broiler, Free Range and Poultry and Pig Housing. Based out of Ipswich and with over forty years of industry experience, they are now searching for a dedicated Project Manager to help install high-quality steel industrial sheds around Australia. Your new role Your new role will consist of:
Managing the entire building process of the project including site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, from design to practical completion of projects
Work with the sales team to prepare and submit budget estimates
Ensure DA, BA, Soil tests and permits have been certified and approved
Manage the scheduling and planning of the project/s
Review all project documentation including plans and specifications
Management and coordination of building sites, all project machinery, tools, plant, including fall protection and scaffolding ect.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and client satisfaction
Ensure Health and Safety standards are adhered to whilst maintaining positive relationships
What you'll need to succeed To succeed in your application for this position, you will possess the following:
A minimum of 5 years project management experience
Experience working in industrial construction and/or building structural steel sheds
Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
High level of Excel and Word processing skills
Collaborative; however, ability to work autonomously
