In this exciting new role, you will be:
Maintaining relationships with clients.
Effectively triaging and troubleshooting level 2 IT issues.
Building, deploying and implementing systems and network solutions.
Delivering a high level of customer service.
Installing, maintaining and expanding the IT infrastructure for clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
Demonstrated experience providing level 2 IT support.
Good knowledge of DaaS, Windows Server, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, 3CX and Network troubleshooting.
Experience with Sophos and ConnectWise is highly advantageous.
Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience working for a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy.
A current driver's license and vehicle.
