Catherines House is Australias first integrated centre for perinatal mental health care and provides mental health treatment and support to new parents.
With one in five mums and up to one in ten fathers experiencing depression, anxiety and other mental health issues before or after the birth of a child, this new facility will triple the number of public beds in Queensland from 4 to 12 for families in need of perinatal mental health support.
About the role
The Service Development and Research Team Leader will manage a small team of research, education , peer workforce and other staff that will evaluate programs, conduct research, manage reporting requirements and provide specialist education.
