My client is a highly regarded Medical Technology company that creates medical software solutions that automate and optimise clinical workflows for various branches of the medical field. Their core products centre around surgical navigation, operating room integration, and information & knowledge exchange. As a Service Support manager, your functions will include leading and managing the support engineering team, project managing installations, and escalating service and support-related matters to our customers. Requirements : I'm looking for someone who ideally has a background or experience in radiation oncology, with either 2-3 years of experience in management or 3-5 years of experience in project management/support, and is looking to take their career to the next level.
