We are looking for someone who is hard working, creative, organised and passionate about Australian , Indian,Thai & Vietnamese cuisine.We are recruiting Experienced Trade Waiters with fine dining service to join our international team of industry professionals.
Requirements: · Current working visa or Australian resident · Minimum of 1 years working in fine-dining or similar hatted restaurants · Current NSW RSA Certificate · Formal hospitality studies completed · Fluent English, written and spoken · Polite and mature personal manner · A warm and engaging smile! · Wine & Food Knowledge · Customer Service experience, proven service skills · Hours can vary and can include weekend and holiday work

End of Month Financial Reporting
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Supplier Invoicing
Payroll including overtime/travel allowances/superannuation payments
Annual PAYG Payment Summaries
BAS preparation
AP , GST, credit card, superannuation and bank Reconciliation
General ledger and General Journal entries
Telephone Enquiries
Scheduling of appointments/job orders
General administration duties
Experience and a working knowledge of Xero, myob , square , keypay accounting program is required. Candidates should have proven ability to work autonomously, high level attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
