Our client, a high grade lead-silver mine located in the Gascoyne region are seeking a Senior Underground Planning Engineer . Reporting to the Underground Manager and Alternate Underground manager, you will be responsible for ensuring short, medium and long term mine plans are implemented to optimise the life of mine and enable the business to meet its long and short term objectives
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Mining Engingeering;
WA First Class Mine Managers Certificate (desirable);
Competent using Deswik.
Position Duties:
Prepare forecasts and develop mining strategy with assistance from the Mining ? Geology department and Production Engineers;
Ensure integrity and security of all data stored on the mine planning software systems;
Develop mine design, planning guidelines and strategies to optimise mining processes;
