About the role
Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking a Roller Operator to operator to undertake roller duties associated with road construction and maintenance activities.
You will hold a current NSW Class C drivers licence, as a minimum, have experience operating rollers, and knowledge and experience in basic mechanical and maintenance principles of plant. Experience working in the road maintenance and construction industry are also key requirements.
Key Requirements
Sound knowledge and experience in the operation of rollers including, padfoot, smooth drum and multi-tyred, self-propelled or otherwise.
Experience in the utilisation of small plant
Have a sound knowledge of the metric system of measurement
Experience in the utilisation of small plant
Possess a current NSW Drivers Licence
Proven ability to work effectively as a team member
Take Annual Leave in accordance with the applicable Leave Roster
