Project Manager (Civil)

Job Requirement :-

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree Civil Engineering.
2. At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to supervise team of engineering to carry out task.
5. Analytical and able to carry out task independently with minimum supervision.
6. Able to liaise with clients, consultants and authorities.
7. Self motivated person with strong leadership skills.
8. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge in applicable legal and environment, safety & health requirements and practices.
10. Computer literate and familiar with Ms Office.

Job Descriptions :-

1. To established implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the QESH management system.
2. To fulfil the company’s contractual obligation to the clients.
3. To plan, manage, coordinate, monitor and control project operations & engineering and guide project engineer under his supervision.
4. To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project sites periodically.
5. To maintain good house-keeping and implement safety practices all time.
6. To ensure all works are in accordance to customers engineering standards and specification are complied on assigned or individual projects.
7. To review and monitor site work progress periodically and arrange resources as and when required based on critically of the project.
8. Analyze performance of subcontractor on the civil, erection, testing and commissioning works.
9. To ensure inspection and testing are adhered according to clients’ requirements.
10. To preparing progressive invoice to client.
11. Undertake all other duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by the management.
12. To ensure that applicable environmental, safety and health legislative, regulatory and related requirements are fulfilled at project site.
13. To ensure that site personnel, workers and subcontractors are implementing environmental, safety and health practices at their workplace.
14. To monitor, control and improve QESH performance at project site.
15. To provide adequate supports to establish and maintain the integrity of the Risk Management System
