Due to growth, we are now recruiting a Parts Interpreter to join our iconic Vermont dealership, supporting Holden, AC Delco & introducing JAC Motors. Provide end-to-end customer service, assisting with parts requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
Interpret parts accurately and provide exceptional customer service to retail trade customers and workshop staff.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, guests, and internal stakeholders.
Process invoices, orders, and backorders efficiently.
Assist with parts back counter duties and other warehouse tasks as needed.
